Our Testing Locations

Your HOA and management company will work with our scheduling staff to find the nearest location for your in person testing. When the eligible applicants are finalized, your association’s management company will communicate and provide your further instructions for the testing process.

The testing process is exclusively held in person at any of our designated locations with staff present during the testing periods. Depending on your HOA, the average testing timeframe may be numerous days, different locations and times. Each day will be composed of diversified assessments. These include consented videotaped interviews and live interactive responses to testing material, timed essay responses, HOA mathematics, history, operational structures, relations with other entities, personal emotional and cognitive skills, in depth decision psychology breakdown, real life example scenario reenactments, individualized skill demonstrations, proficiency in different software, comprehension of legal compliances, operational rules, your governing documents, and many more areas of testing.

Due to the use of advanced cheating tools in the modern age, there will be a thorough inspection each day after each lunch to detect any prohibited tools in your belongings and body. Your phone will have to be left in the possession of the testing staff’s confiscation bin until you have completed each day. All study materials will be at the sole discretion of each individual to engage applicable skills and governing provisions. All attendees must complete all sessions in order to have testing results processed and become recognized. Locations may be different each day for staff location coverage and scheduling. Our staff will do their best to find the nearest locations if possible. There will be no make up sessions available. Your association will listed the needed identification materials and materials you need to bring each time, failure to bring any of the items may void your testing spot.

A required testing deposit will be required to ensure member accountability to cover any no shows and related testing resources. All testings are completely free of charge for your association. As we are a mission based source that is dedicated to empowering the HOA’s of America with educational intelligence and skills. Your deposit will be fully refunded if test taker is able to pass the testings after scored by our test inspectors. If the score is not sufficient to be considered as passed, then the deposit will not be refunded and subject to all potential excess fees for the labor and materials used by the inspectors and testing staff. These costs will be billed directly to the test taker to be remediated personally. Late fees will apply if payment is completed in time. We have testing personnel available in every state, but our employees will only discuss the arrangements with the designated party for the association to coordinate the proceeding steps. Our philosophy is that if you are interested in proving your abilities with testing, you put yourself in a position to be accountable for using the resources to make your testing possible and our contribution to your association’s compliance, safety, and authorization for eligibility on various affairs.
