Many times when there are members who have unfortunately become delinquent or have their lot’s membership suspended due to their actions in the HOA, they will be subject to have mandatory compliance testing be completed in order to restore their membership in the association. Many times these provisions are implemented in their association’s operating rules to ensure no repeated violation will occur in the future by the involved lots and legally enforceable. 

These programs are customized to each HOA and situation involving the lot. There is no point of fines without the lot understanding their errors, as without this crucial difference these violations will become a serial habit and cause harm to others. Our staff will be working diligently to create the correct programs and processes to engage with the related participants of the lot for each individual association specifically. We will create the testing materials to allow for restoration of their temporary suspension as relating to their circumstances and related HOA materials that are referenced. It is only reasonable to have member privileges when the delinquents are able to improve their wrongs and never have it done again. That is how to grow in productivity and evolution a world full of different individuals – which one thing that we all have common is the laws and education that glue everything in place to allow for growth and positivity.

This remediation compliance process may take long periods of our involvement and additional probational observations of the lot in the association to determine their conditions for reinstatement of their membership rights. Our staff will work closely with your association to provide updates on your progress and advancement in the programs. These programs will also be in person and subject to the same terms and conditions we have for our testing process.
